FT 203 - Group Exercise Training


This course teaches students to utilize the knowledge of human kinetics and exercise physiology and apply them to a group fitness setting. Students learn the power of group exercise training and how to develop, organize, and lead routines while keeping clients engaged and motivated. 3.00 semester credit hours Contact Hours: 60.00 Prerequisite: FT 202 Program Design .
