IS 364 - Introduction to Windows Mobile Application Development


The goal of this course is to introduce the student to the design and development of mobile software utilizing the Windows Mobile 7 Operating System and the .NET Compact Framework. The setup and configuration of such an environment will be demonstrated and employed. The development tools will be mastered through building a Windows Mobile application, managing application resources, configuring the manifest file, designing an application framework, implementing a main menu, building forms to collect user input, creating dialogs, and adding application logic that stores state information. 4.00 semester credit hours Contact Hours: 60.00 Prerequisite: IS 318 C# Programming .
