MC 272 - Procedure Coding I

Procedure Coding I helps students determine all types of healthcare services, treatments, and procedures provided to patients in both inpatient and outpatient facilities. HCPCS Level II codes will also be covered. 3.00 semester credit hours Contact Hours: 45.00 Prerequisites: (HC 101 Medical Terminology  or HI 221 Health Sciences for ICD-10 ), MO 150 Pathophysiology and Pharmacology /MO 150L Pathophysiology and Pharmacology Lab , and Anatomy and Physiology II With Lab. Corequisite: None.
