MT 116 - Immunology/Serology


This course focuses on the theory and application of basic immunology, including the immune response, principles of antigen-antibody reactions, the principles of serological procedures, safety, quality control, and specimen collection and handling. 2.00 semester credit hours Contact Hours: 30.00 Prerequisites: MT 110 Clinical Laboratory Techniques , MT 111 Clinical Laboratory Calculations and Statistics , and SC 245 Anatomy and Physiology II /SC 245L Anatomy and Physiology II Lab .
