BU 644 - Compensation and Rewards Management

This course focuses on compensation and rewards management as human resource tools within organizations. Emphasis is placed on the integration of compensation and reward structures to create a strategic advantage for an organization. The course includes an overview of compensation systems, job evaluations in regards to reward structures, legal constraints involving compensation programs, and global compensation issues. 3.00 semester credit hours Contact Hours: 45.00 Prerequisite: BU 600 - Leadership and Organizational Behavior .
