NU 510 - Advanced Physical Assessment

This course is an examination of the process of holistic assessment (physical, psychosocial, and cultural) of individuals across the lifespan. Students will focus on critical thinking and decision-making skills relating to the application of assessment skills in the role of the nurse manager and nurse educator. 3.00 semester credit hours Contact Hours: 45.00 Prerequisites: NU 500 - Theoretical Foundations for Nursing and NU 560 - Research Methods and Evidence-Based Practice.
