FT 202 - Program Design


This course introduces students to the practice of evaluating client needs and designing an appropriate fitness assessment and program for that client. 3.00 semester credit hours Contact Hours: 60.00 Prerequisites: FT 102 Essentials of Human Movement , FT 103 Exercise Physiology , FT 104 Exercise Testing and Prescription , and FT 105 Exercise Psychology and Lifestyle Coaching .
