NO 107 - Fundamentals of Nursing II


Fundamental nursing care is directed toward the adult in acute and chronic settings, to include the home, hospital, assisted-living facilities, nursing centers, and veterans facilities. The role of the associate’s-degree nurse is stressed in physiology, pathophysiology, and psychosocial context by identifying and utilizing cognitive and technical skills as they relate to the care of the adult. 2.00 semester credit hours Contact Hours: 30.00 Prerequisites: NO 106 - Fundamentals of Nursing I /NO 106L - Fundamentals of Nursing I Lab .
