NT 402 - Internetwork Troubleshooting


This course is a study of intermediate to advanced topics regarding network troubleshooting. It is focused on providing real-world application, skill enhancement, and troubleshooting methodologies. Topics include the OSI model, IOS troubleshooting commands, trouble tickets, and troubleshooting IP and IPX, switches, VLANs, frame relay, and WAN interfaces. 3.00 semester credit hours Contact Hours: 60.00 Prerequisite: IS 123 - Computer Networks .
