PN 125 - Practical Nursing V


This course is designed to broaden concepts related to nursing care of ill clients. The nursing process is used to expand upon previously learned concepts for the provision of safe, patient-centered nursing care to developmentally and culturally diverse populations. This course emphasizes critical thinking, teaching/learning, nursing behaviors, communication, and collaboration of care. Upon successful completion, the student will be able to provide safe, holistic nursing care for one or more ill clients in the acute care, long-term, or community settings Contact Hours: 240.00 240.00 clock hours. Prerequisite: PN 123 Practical Nursing III . Corequisite: None.
