OT 265 - Assistive Technology

The Assistive Technology course focuses on the use of assistive technology (both high- and low-tech) to enhance environmental accessibility and occupational performance across a wide spectrum of disabilities. Topics include computer programs, switches, low-vision adaptations, and other assistive devices. Ethical, critical, and clinical reasoning, along with cultural and environmental considerations, will be embedded throughout the course.
