NT 402 - Internetwork Troubleshooting


This course is a study of intermediate to advanced topics regarding network troubleshooting. It is focused on providing real-world application, skill enhancement, and troubleshooting methodologies. Topics include the OSI model, IOS troubleshooting commands, trouble tickets, and troubleshooting IP and IPX, switches, VLANs, frame relay, and WAN interfaces.
