PL 250 - Legal Writing This course allows the student to apply practical legal research skills to the drafting and preparation of typical documents that the paralegal will be expected to prepare by their supervising attorney. Topics include research memoranda, client correspondence, demand letters, appellate briefs, incorporation documents, partnership agreements, wills, leaves, promissory notes, and medical record summaries.
