ST 111 - Surgical Pharmacology
This course covers basic principles of pharmacology as they relate to operating room practice. Key concepts include fundamentals of pharmacology as well as the fundamental concepts of regional and general anesthesia, blood and fluid replacement, and emergency situations. Semester Credit Hours: 2.00 Contact Hours: 30/0/0/30 Prerequisites: HC 101 Medical Terminology , SC 246 Anatomy and Physiology II and SC 166 Microbiology . Corequisites: None.
