Program Description
The Bachelor of Science in Health and Human Services program prepares students to uniquely approach the objective of meeting human needs through an interdisciplinary knowledge base, focusing on prevention, intervention, theory, and maintenance in practice with individuals, families, groups, organizations, and communities. This online program provides a comprehensive knowledge base, tools, and skills for students to focus on the development, administration, leadership, and advocacy within public and private health and human services agencies and organizations. The program includes a core group of behavioral health courses to prepare students to work in various interdisciplinary settings. Upon completion of this degree, students are eligible to take the Human Services-Board Certified Practitioner (HS-BCP) certification examination.

Potential Occupational Titles
Potential occupational titles for this program include, but are not limited to: Adoption Services Manager, Child Welfare Services Director, Children’s Service Supervisor, Clinical Services Director, Community Services Director, Transitional Care Director, and Vocational Rehabilitation Administrator.
