SS 310 - Cultural Diversity This course will explore the construction, evolution, and application of racial and ethnic categories. Students will study the history of intergroup relations in the United States as a consequence of slavery, immigration, and discrimination. Topics will also include a current evaluation of race relations in the U.S. and globally. 3.00 semester credit hours Contact Hours: 45.00 Prerequisites/Corequisites: None.
