NU 220 - Pharmacology


This course introduces the student to the role of pharmacotherapeutic agents in the treatment of illness and also in the promotion, maintenance, and restoration of wellness in patients throughout the life span. These concepts provide the basis for the study of drug actions, indications, side effects, nursing implications, and patient education.
