NU 810 - Project Management

This course is the second of two courses focused on the design and preparation for a DNP project that is focused on improving clinical practice. In this course students will review their prospectus and develop a project protocol and timeline, estimate project financial and other costs, secure required permissions such as clinical contracts and/or IRB approval, and complete preparation to implement their project. Semester Credit Hours: 1.00 Contact Hours: 15/0/0/15 Prerequisites: NU 800 Project Development. Corequisites: None.
