NU 451 - Nursing Leadership and ManagementThis course will explore leadership, management, and organizational theories necessary to provide effective delivery of nursing care to a diverse population in varied clinical settings. Techniques used by successful managers will be reviewed as will information on outcomes evaluation, quality improvement activities, and cost-wise decision making.
