IT 346 - Information Technology Project Management

This course is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills required to successfully manage IT projects and deliver them on time, within budget, and according to stakeholder expectations. Throughout the course, students will explore key concepts and techniques of IT project management, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, and project closure.
