This course will explore complex civil litigation, guiding students through the processes, strategies, and legal standards that shape civil disputes. Students will examine examples of complex litigation cases and analyze discovery methods. Emphasis will be placed on drafting legal documents including motions, preparing pretrial strategies, and planning case management approaches.
