BU 664 - Financial Decision Analysis and Support

Students in this course use a variety of analytical modeling tools and techniques to evaluate business decisions using of data from accounting, financial and operational sources. Both the theory of management decision making and practical application of real-world tools will be addressed. This course is designed to assist students in their preparations to sit for the Certified Managerial Accountant (CMA) certification exam given by the Institute of Managerial Accountants (IMA).
