BU 275 - Consumer Behavior


The focus of this course is on the internal and external factors influencing consumer behavior. Topics will cover consumer motivations, personality and consumer behavior, consumer perception, consumer learning, consumer attitude formation and changes, group influences on individual consumer behavior, family influences on consumer behavior, cultural and sub-cultural influences on consumer behavior, and the consumer decision-making process. 3.00 semester credit hours Contact Hours: 45.00 Prerequisite: BU 220 Principles of Marketing .
